Volunteer Clearances Information

Required Background Clearances

All parent volunteers and coaches must complete a series of clearances and sign documents before participating in any volunteering position. All clearances must be re-certified every five (5) years. There are three documents you must upload through the form below to volunteer at North Park Sports Complex.

Step 1:

Pennsylvania State Police Check

Visit the website to complete a “New Volunteer Record Check.” This check is free for volunteers. Once completed, download your record and upload it below.

Step 2:

Child Abuse History Clearance

Visit the website below to create an account. Complete all clearances and then download and re-upload your completed copy below.

Step 3:

FBI Fingerprints or Affidavit

PA residents of 10 years, may submit a Volunteer Affidavit; otherwise, complete the FBI Check via IdentoGO. Upload your relevant doc below.
